Takayama Festival

The Takayama Festival is held twice a year (in spring and autumn) and is considered one of the most impressive festivals in Japan.

It features beautifully decorated floats (yatai), traditional performances, and mechanical dolls that are displayed and paraded through the streets. The atmosphere is lively and festive, drawing visitors from all over the country.
