Tokyo Skytree (東京スカイツリー) is a broadcasting tower and one of Tokyo’s top observation spots. Standing at 634 meters, it’s the tallest structure in Japan and the second tallest in the world after the Burj Khalifa. At its base, you’ll find a large shopping complex and even an aquarium.

The tower features two observation decks: one at 350 meters and another at 450 meters - the highest observation decks in Japan. The lower deck (350m), spread across three levels, offers excellent 360° views. It also includes a souvenir shop, a (fairly pricey) French-Japanese fusion restaurant, and a café. While the higher deck offers a slightly better view, it’s not always worth the extra cost unless you really want the full experience.

Visits begin on the 4th floor, where tickets are sold for the first observation deck. From there, elevators take you up, and you can choose to purchase an additional ticket to access the higher deck.
