Nikko National Park (日光国立公園) was established in 1934 and spans three prefectures: Tochigi, Gunma, and Fukushima.

It is considered one of the most beautiful national parks in Japan and is a popular destination, especially during the autumn foliage season. Beyond its scenic landscapes, the park is also known for its historic Buddhist temples and Shinto shrines, along with a wide range of enjoyable hiking trails.
