Abeno Harukas (あべのハルカス), rising to 300 meters, is the tallest skyscraper in Osaka. The building includes a department store, an art museum, a hotel, and of course - an observation deck.

The observation area spans the top three floors (58–60). Access is via an elevator from the 16th floor. The 60th floor offers a full 360° view over Osaka, while the 58th floor features a stylish open-air terrace with a wooden deck and a café.

The department store inside, Abeno Harukas Kintetsu Department Store, is the largest in Japan, covering around 100,000 square meters of retail space.
